With over 21 years of nursing experience, Latonya has honed her coaching skills through her passion for helping patients achieve their health goals. Motivated by the impact of COVID-19 and driven by a renewed sense of purpose, Latonya founded Always UP Coaching (AUPC) in 2021. Her mission is to share her skills and talents with as many people as possible, especially nurses, empowering them to achieve their goals, realize their dreams, and live more fulfilled lives.

To further refine her coaching abilities, Latonya obtained a certification as a professional life coach (CPLC). Latonya offers a range of coaching services, including entrepreneurship, leadership, public presence, academic success, and goal achievement coaching. She firmly believes in miracles and is dedicated to guiding others in creating their own miracles.

With five years of experience as an expert witness and many years as a nurse entrepreneur, Latonya expanded her coaching services in April 2024 by launching The Nurse Prosperity Playbook, a division of Always UP coaching. This new venture focuses on helping nurses and other healthcare providers thrive in their careers.
